Background

Ada is a non-playable character is Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness. At the start of this game, she is captured by Dracula's servants in a magic crystal. Cornell attempts to save her and in the process, makes the discovery that Ada is in fact not related to him by blood making her his adoptive sister. He saves her life by letting go of his werewolf form, which replaces her in the magic crystal. This turns out to be a massive, albeit unknown, mistake. This is in due to them having given the evil side the ability to bring back the real Dracula.
