An apparition whose chilling wail stops men cold.

Appear	The banshee will appear out of the aether, laughing a sinister cackle as it slowly awakens. It will then scream in pleasure as it notices a victim, and heads straight toward them.
Wail	Using it's voice, cursed with the agony of death, vibrations will reverbrate around the banshee, injuring any that walk near.
