The Dominus glyphs are only seen in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia which were created by Barlowe . There are 3 total, and they all have the power to destroy Dracula, when combined. This saying, they were created from Dracula's power originally. These glyphs, when used all together come at a great cost when use; your life.

Dominus Anger - Unleases a cluster of energy.

Dominus Hatred - Summons a pillar of life.

Dominus Agony - Shrouds you in Dracula's magic.
