Background

John Morris' only appearance is in Castlevania: Bloodlines, in which he is a main character. He is descended from the Belmont Clan and his whip is rumoured to be the all powerful Vampire Killer. His close friend is Eric Lacarde with the combined goal of killing Dracula.

His son Jonathon Morris in Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin goes on to become the new main character, taking the place of his dead father who couldn't handle the power of his own weapon.
