Background
Lord Bartley is of an evil nature, who resurrects Dracula in the opening scene of Castlevania Chronicles. He does do with the sacrifice of a live heart. The Bartley family has a trend of dark doings, for in the future his grandson Ivan Bartley also resurrects Dracula.
