Shaft in 1792

In 1792 Shaft successfully resurrected Dracula by kidnapping young girls like Annette and Maria Renard and then performing dark rituals on them. Shaft summoned many strange and powerful creatures to kill Richter, all of which failed. Shaft is killed, but he later returned as spirit and was defeated in this form as well.

Symphony of the Night

How Shaft regained his pyshical form remains unknown, but at some point he managed to brainwash Richter and turn into servant of the night, making a powerful guardian for Dracula. However, he didn't count on Alucard waking from his slumber to thrwart his evil schemes. Shaft was killed by Alucard right before he faced his father. Shaft hasn't appeared since.
