Background
It is said that this village houses the remnants of the Belmont Clan and that fate drew them all to this specific location. This is later confirmed by Albus who explains that all thirteen of the villagers have traces of the legacy within their bloodstream, lending credence to the fact that surviving ancestors did not only reside within this village. Having considered that some of the captured were only visitors to the location, it could very well mean that there are more Belmont Clan ancestors hidden away in other remote regions of the romanian country side.
